I have been playing my part as a HR (Human Resources) personnel all these years which now comprise more than a decade and a half. All the while that I had been off to fend for the HR needs of company(s) I have equally subdued myself to substantial self-doubting. I am particularly interested in this pursuit to further my propensity as an HR personality*
This is the first in the series to go on about individual takes of the descriptive nature of HR. Yes! I truly intend to take up this virtual journey for finding the absolute meaning of HR. So you may well consider this post as a ceremonious one in taking off.
First up! I am pulling in a colleague close to me. She rolls as a stakeholder heading the Inside Sales unit of the organization. Generally, we are habitual to having conversations on the work front- process, people, systems, culture… to list a few. We exchange analyses about work put in and the consequent turnaround.

HR, can also be credited for bearing the psychological institution of a company that furthers the boost in morale which shall then culminate in the elevated stability of associates.
